Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada jest planiranje i kontrola otpreme gotovih proizvoda u poduzeću Končar - Metalne konstrukcije d.d.. Tema je obrađena tako da su prvo dani podaci o samom poduzeću, njegovom proizvodnom sustavu i procesu. Opisana je logistika samog poduzeća, točnije proces nabave, skladištenja i transporta. Fokus je stavljen na dio proizvodnog procesa od lakiranja, pakiranja pa do utovara i otpreme samog proizvoda. Navedeni su neki problemi koji se javljaju u procesu pakiranja i otpreme te za određene dana i odgovarajuća rješenja.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this work is planning and control of finished goods’ shipping process in the company called Končar - Steel Structures Inc. Topic is processed so that the first chapter gives the essential data about the company, its production system and process. In second chapter logistics of the company is described, namely the process of procurement, storage and transportation. After that the focus is on the production process of varnishing, packing and loading the product on transportation vehicle. Some of the problems that occur in those processes are named, and for some of them appropriate solutions were given.
