Abstract
Na iskopu podzemne garaže u skučenim prostorima kada nema mogućnosti izvedbe pristupne nasipne rampe, transport materijala može se vršiti jedino vertikalno specijalnim podiznim uređajem s vitlima. Ovaj uređaj spušta prazan transportni sanduk (kiblu) odnosno podiže puni sanduk iz građevinske jame. Po utovaru u sanduk on se podiže kroz otvor, na visinu da se kamion može podvući ispod istog. Prije nego se postavi kamion ispod sanduka nad otvorom se povlači platforma-poklopac, koji pored toga što zatvara otvor preuzima opterećenje kamiona. Otvaranje i zatvarnje poda sanduka vrši se hidrauličkim cilindrima. U radu se proveo proračun karakterističnih dijelova kako podne platforme tako i sanduka (kible), te se za iste obavila FEM analiza u programskom paketu CATIA-i, kao i sama konstrukcijska izvedba platforme i sanduka.
