Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu istražuje se i razvija platforma za simulaciju potresa s dva stupnja slobode gibanja. U uvodnom dijelu rada obuhvaćena je analiza nastanka potresa, vrsta potresa, osnovni pojmovi vezani uz potrese te pregled dostupnih simulacijskih platformi i njihovih mogućnosti. Slijedi funkcijska dekompozicija i generiranje morfološke matrice, te kombinacijom rješenja izrađena dva koncepta. Za daljnju razradu odabran je koncept koji ispunjava zahtjeve nosivosti od 1000 kg i radne frekvencije u rasponu od 0 Hz do 30 Hz. Konstruiranje platforme uključuje odabir i dimenzioniranje komponenata na temelju proračuna sile pokretanja platforme. Na temelju toga izrađen je računalni model u 3D CAD sustavu te cjelovito konstrukcijsko rješenje koje je prezentirano sklopnim crtežom te jednim podsklopnim i radioničkim crtežom. Rad donosi sveobuhvatan prikaz koraka konstruiranja te temeljene parametre za konstruiranje platforme za simulaciju potresa.

Abstract (english)

This thesis explores and develops an earthquake simulation platform with two degrees of freedom. The introductory part of the thesis covers the analysis of earthquake origins, types of earthquakes, basic earthquake-related concepts, and an overview of available simulation platforms and their capabilities. This is followed by a functional decomposition and the generation of a morphological matrix, leading to the creation of two conceptual solutions. The concept that meets the requirements of a load capacity of 1000 kg and an operating frequency range from 0 Hz to 30 Hz was selected for further development. The design of the platform includes the selection and dimensioning of components based on the calculation of the forces required to move the platform. Based on these parameters, a 3D CAD model and a complete structural solution were developed, presented through an assembly drawing, one subassembly drawing, and one workshop drawing. The thesis provides a comprehensive overview of the design process and the fundamental parameters for desingin an earthquake simulation platform.
