Abstract

Prilikom konstruiranja dizalice velike nosivosti nastaje problem izvedbe okretnog postolja, čija je glavna uloga omogućiti kružno gibanje dizalice oko svoje vertikalne osi. Ovisno o izvedbi, promjeri takvih postolja mogu premašiti iznose od deset i više metara što predstavlja tehnološki i ekonomski izazov. Kod dizalica velikih dimenzija nedvojbeno se povećavaju i odstupanja u pogledu točnosti izrade vozne staze. Iz tog razloga ugrađuje se ovjes kao se dodatni element prilagodbe neravninama. Ovaj rad pruža uvid u postojeća rješenja okretnih postolja te pripadajućih mehanizama prilagodbe u više točaka. Dodatno, u ovom radu proveden je proračun i konstrukcijska razrada vlastitog rješenja problema okretnog postolja dizalice, temeljenog na pneumatskim elementima.

Abstract (english)

When constructing heavy-duty cranes, one of the main challenges is designing the corresponding turntables. These turntables are crucial as they allow the crane to rotate around its vertical axis. Depending on the design, the diameter of such turntable can exceed ten meters or more, which presents both technological and economic production challenges. As the dimensions of the crane increase, so do the deviations in terms of both movement accuracy and runway construction. To address this, additional movement adjustment elements e.g. suspension mechanisms, are needed. This research paper provides an overview of existing turntable and adjustment mechanism solutions. Additionally, it includes calculations and a detailed design of a custom heavy-duty crane's turntable and suspension, based on pneumatic elements.
