Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu istraženi su principi i tehnologije vodonepropusnosti satova, te su definirane norme i standardi koji reguliraju ovu karakteristiku, uključujući ISO 22810 i ISO 6425. Rad se bavi razvojem i konstrukcijom tlačne komore za testiranje vodonepropusnosti satova, koja je uspješno izrađena i testirana u suradnji s tvrtkom Asirus Profi. Praktični dio uključuje programiranje mikrokontrolera i izradu Android aplikacije za upravljanje testiranjem, omogućujući automatsko i precizno mjerenje tlaka. Rezultati testiranja pokazali su da je komora u potpunosti funkcionalna i zadovoljava sve postavljene kriterije. Sustav je konstruiran korištenjem standardnih dijelova kako bi se smanjili troškovi i olakšala izrada prototipa, s mogućim tržištem među malim urarskim servisima i kolekcionarima satova.

Abstract (english)

This thesis explores the principles and technologies of watch water resistance, defining the norms and standards regulating this characteristic, including ISO 22810 and ISO 6425. The work involves the development and construction of a pressure chamber for testing watch water resistance, successfully built and tested in collaboration with Asirus Profi. The practical part includes programming a microcontroller and creating an Android application to manage the testing, enabling automatic and precise pressure measurement. Test results showed that the chamber is fully functional and meets all set criteria. The system is designed using standard parts to reduce costs and simplify prototype production, with a potential market among small watch repair shops and collectors.
