Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je analiza kronometarskog mehaničkog sata s horizontalnom spojkom. Detaljno je opisan princip rada osnovnog satnog mehanizma zajedno s kronometarskim dodatkom. U radu se osim kronometra, kao dodatne funkcije, spominju još datumsko i kalendarsko praćenje vremena i automatsko navijanje sata. Proračunima je određena geometrija glavnih dijelova nakon čega slijedi analiza ravnotežne opruge primjenom metode konačnih elemenata. Istraženo je kako materijal opruge može utjecati na rad i preciznost sata. Izrađen je 3D model u programskom paketu SolidWorks, te u zadnjoj fazi izrađena tehnička dokumentacija koja je priložena ovome radu.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this master’s thesis is the analysis of a chronometric mechanical watch with a
horizontal clutch. The operating principle of the basic watch mechanism, along with the
added chronometer, is described in detail. In addition to the chronometer, the paper also
mentions date and calendar time tracking and automatic watch winding as additional
functions. The geometry of the main parts is determined by calculations, followed by an
analysis of the balance spring using the finite element method (FEM). The influence of the
spring material on the function and precision of the watch is examined. A 3D model is created
using the SolidWorks software package, and in the final phase, technical documentation is
prepared and included in this thesis.
