Abstract
U ovom radu prikazan je proces konstruiranja vibracijskog stroja za sabijanje tla. Vibracijski strojevi za sabijanje tla korišteni su na gotovo svakom gradilištu. U uvodu rada dan je kratak opis problema sabijanja tla. Napravljen je pregled patenata te analiza postojećih rješenja na tržištu. Zatim su osmišljena tri koncepta. Ocjenjivanjem i vrednovanjem koncepata, odabran je jedan koncept koji se konstrukcijski razrađuje. Odabrani koncept je razrađen te su proračunati, dimenzionirani i odabrani svi dijelovi. Navedena je diferencijalna jednadžba gibanja konstruiranog vibracijskog sustava. 3D model stroja i tehnička dokumentacija izrađeni su u programskom paketu SOLIDWORKS.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents a design process of vibratory soil compactor. Vibratory soil compactors are used in almost every construction site. Introduction of this thesis gives short description of soil compaction problem. Market research of relevant soil compaction machines and patents are presented. Based on market research and patent review three concepts were made. By comparing and evaluating made concepts, one of them is selected for further construction. The selected concept was further elaborated and all of its components were dimensioned and calculated. Differential equation of motion for presented vibrational system was given. 3D model of vibratory soil compactor and technical documentation were created in SOLIDWORKS.
