Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je konstrukcijsko rješenje vibracijskog zabijača stupova. Vibracijski zabijač stupova upotrebljava se za zabijanje i izvlačenje različitih stupova, pilota i profila koji se koriste za duboko temeljenje građevina. Princip rada vibracijskih zabijača stupova temelji se na rotaciji parova ekscentričnih masa koje generiraju vibracije u vertikalnom smjeru, dok se vibracije u horizontalnom smjeru poništavaju. Ekscentri se uglavnom pogone hidrauličkim motorom. Za bolje razumijevanje teme, u uvodnom dijelu rada prikazan je pregled dubokog temeljenja, s naglaskom na zabijanje stupova. Zatim je provedena analiza tržišta vibracijskih zabijača stupova. Nakon toga prikazana je teorijska podloga koja opisuje princip rada vibracijskog zabijača. Prema zadanim podacima, na temelju teorijske podloge, provedeni su proračuni osnovnih parametara. Prema dobivenim parametrima i analizi postojećih rješenja, konstruiran je CAD model vibracijskog zabijača, a za najvažnije dijelove poput vratila, zupčanika i ležajeva provedeni su proračuni čvrstoće.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this master's thesis is design of the vibratory pile driver. The vibratory pile driver is used for driving and extracting various piles which are parts of deep foundations. The working principle of vibratory pile driver is based on pairs of rotating eccentric masses which generate vibrations in vertical direction, while vibrations in horizontal direction are canceled out. Eccentrics are usually driven by hydraulic motor. For better understanding of the topic, the introductory part of the thesis presents an overview of deep foundations, with a focus on pile driving. Then, the market analysis of the vibratory pile drivers is conducted. Furthermore, the theoretical background of working principle of the vibratory pile drivers is presented. Based on the theoretical background and given data, calculations of the basic parameters were carried out. According to the obtained parameters and the analysis of the vibratory pile drivers on the market, a CAD model of the vibratory pile driver was designed, and calculations of the strength were carried out for the most important parts such as shafts, gears and bearings.
