Abstract

Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je ukratko opisati povijesni razvoj brava, provesti sistematizaciju i navesti najčešće sigurnosne značajke te na tome temelju razviti vlastito rješenje neoborive ili visoko sigurnosne brave.
Povijesni je razvoj dan od antičkog vremena do pojave prvih značajnijih modernih proizvođača. Sistematizacija je provedena opisivanjem pojedinih tipova brava i unutarnjih zapornih elemenata. Opisane su najznačajnije brave visoke sigurnosti i navedene značajke koje im daju prednost pred konvencionalnim. Kratko je opisan i postupak obijanja konvencionalnih brava s kliznim pinovima i specifičnosti obijanja nekih od poznatijih visoko sigurnosnih brava.
Nakon predstavljanja zaključaka analize, detaljno je opisan razvoj vlastite inačice protuprovalne brave, objašnjene su i argumentirane polazna točka (euro-cilindar) te sigurnosne značajke sa njihovim snagama i nedostacima, izbor materijala i dimenzija. Objašnjen je sustav označavanja konfiguracija razvijene brave, proračunate su kritične vrijednosti opterećenja nekih elemenata, opisan je postupak montaže i priložena je tehnička dokumentacija.

Abstract (english)

The task of this master's thesis is to provide a brief description of the historical development of locks, conduct systematization, and list the most common security features, based on which to develop a unique solution for an unpickable or high-security lock.
The historical development is presented from ancient times to the emergence of the first significant modern manufacturers. Systematization is carried out by describing various types of locks and internal locking elements. The most significant high-security locks are described, along with the features that give them an advantage over conventional locks. The process of bypassing conventional pin tumbler locks and the specific methods for bypassing some well known high-security locks are also briefly described.
After presenting the conclusions of the analysis, the development of a proprietary version of a burglar-resistant lock is described in detail. The starting point (euro-cylinder) and its security features, along with their strengths and weaknesses, the choice of materials and dimensions are explained, justified, and argued. The system of marking the configurations of the developed lock is explained, critical load values for certain elements are calculated, the assembly process is described, and technical documentation is provided.
