Abstract

Integracijom aditivne proizvodnje i lijevanja u pješčani kalup, u ovom radu, prikazan je postupak razvoja i 3D ispisa jezgre pješčanog kalupa za izradu naprave za pozicioniranje nosača motora vozila. Proces započinje definiranjem funkcije i zahtjeva naprave za pozicioniranje. Definiranim zahtjevima i funkcijom, započinje razvoj CAD modela naprave. Završetkom razvoja CAD modela, izabrani su željeni parametri ispisa FDM tehnologijom te se ispisala jezgra pješčanog kalupa. 3D skenerom skenirao se ispisani model, kojeg se usporedilo s dimenzijama referentnog CAD modela. Ispisani model naprave, upotrijebljen je kao jezgra pješčanog kalupa, za izradu kalupne šupljine, u koju se naposljetku izlijeva aluminijeva legura AlSi8Cu3.

Abstract (english)

Through integration of additive manufacturing and sand casting, this paper presents the process of development and 3D printing of a sand casting core for manufacture of the positioning device for vehicle engine mount. The process begins by defining the function and requirements of the positioning device. With defined requirements and function, development of the CAD model begins. After the CAD model completion, desired printing parameters are selected, by using fused deposition modeling (FDM) technology, the casting core is printed. The printed model is scanned with a 3D scanner, and then compared with dimensions of the CAD model. The printed model of the device is used as the casting core, to create a mold cavity, in which the aluminum alloy (AlSi8Cu3) is ultimately poured into.
