Abstract

U radu je proveden eksperiment zagrijavanja uzoraka različitih materijala i dimenzija u jednokomornoj električnoj peći za toplinsku obradu. U teorijskom dijelu opisani su osnovni procesi prijenosa topline i analitički proračun vremena ugrijavanja u peći tijekom toplinske obrade. Izvedena je i eksperimentalno Newtonova jednadžba za određivanje vremena zagrijavanja na primjeru zagrijavanja tri uzorka različitih materijala i dimenzija. Predviđena krivulja zagrijavanja određena prema podacima iz literature značajno je odstupala od eksperimentalno određene krivulje za sve ispitne uzorke zbog vrijednosti koeficijenta prijelaza topline ovisnog o temperaturi preuzetog iz literature, koji ne odgovara maloj komornoj peći korištenoj u pokusima. Na temelju rezultata mjerenja temperature u zagrijavanim uzorcima i Newtonove jednadžbe za određivanje vremena ugrijavanja toplinski dobro vodljivog tijela proveden je proračun ukupnog koeficijenta prijelaza topline u komori laboratorijske električne peći u rasponu temperatura od 30 °C do 800 °C. Izračunate vrijednosti ukupnog koeficijenta prijelaza topline nalaze se u intervalu od 0,7 do 14,7 W/m2K.

Abstract (english)

In the paper, an experiment was conducted on heating samples of different materials and dimensions in a single-chamber electric furnace for heat treatment. In the theoretical part, the basic processes of heat transfer and the analytical calculation of the heating time during the heat treatment are described. Newton's equation for determining the heating time was derived experimentally, based on the example of heating three samples of different materials and dimensions. The predicted heating curve determined according to data from the literature significantly deviated from the experimentally determined curve for all test samples due to the value of the heat transfer coefficient depending on the temperature taken from the literature, which does not correspond to the small chamber furnace used in the experiments. Based on the results of temperature measurements in heated samples and Newton's equation for determining the heating time of a thermally conductive body, the calculation of the total heat transfer coefficient in the chamber of the laboratory electric furnace was carried out in the temperature range from 30 °C to 800 °C. The calculated values of the total heat transfer coefficient are found in interval from 0,7 to 14,7 W/m2K.
