Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu rada je opisana toplinska obrada i primjena čelika EN DIN 100Cr6. Opisani su postupci prevlačenja površine PVD, CVD i PACVD te su za svaki postupak navedene prednosti i nedostaci. Objašnjene su metode karakterizacije površine ispitivanjem: hrapavosti površine, prionjivosti prevlake, debljine prevlake i kemijskog sastava prevlake. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada ispitana su dva uzorka od kaljenog i popuštenog čelika EN DIN 100Cr6 s i bez prevlake PVD TiN. Na uzorcima je provedena karakterizacija površine i ispitivanje otpornosti na mikroabrazijsko trošenje. Na temelju rezultata mikroabrazijskog trošenja određena je i brzina trošenja PVD prevlake TiN i brzina trošenja neprevučenog čelika.
Abstract (english)
In the theoretical part of the paper, the heat treatment and application of EN DIN 100Cr6 steel are described. The processes of surface coating PVD, CVD and PACVD are described, and the advantages and disadvantages of each process are listed. The methods of surface characterization by testing surface roughness, adhesion of the coating, thickness of the coating and chemical composition of coating are explained. In the experimental part of the study, two samples of quenched and tempered EN DIN 100Cr6 steel were tested with and without PVD TiN coating. The surface characterization and resistance of microabrasive wear were tested on the samples. Based on the results of microabrasive wear, the wear rate of the PVD TiN coating and the wear rate of the uncoated steel were deterimend.
