Abstract

U teorijskom dijelu ovog rada sažeto su opisani postupak fizikalnog prevlačenja površina u parnoj fazi (eng. Physical Vapour Deposition – PVD) i postupak kemijskog prevlačenja u parnoj fazi (eng. Chemical Vapour Deposition – CVD), a posebno postupak plazmom potpomognutog kemijskog prevlačenja u parnoj fazi (eng. Plasma Assisted Chemical Vapour Deposition – PACVD). More uzorka od konstrukcijskih čelika oznaka 1.7225 i 1.1210, prevučenih različitim PACVD prevlakama, provedene su sljedeće metode karakterizacije: GDOES (eng. Glow Discharge Optical Emission Spectrometry) čija je svrha određivanje kemijskog sastava nanesenih prevlaka, Rockwell C metoda utiskivanja indentora prema normi VDI 3198 za procjenu prionjivosti prevlaka te kalotest za ispitivanje debljine prevlaka. Na kraju rada prikazani su rezultati navedenih ispitivanja te je izvršena analiza istih. Na temelju rezultata i analize doneseni su zaključci o prikladnosti korištenja dobivenih prevlaka na spomenutim konstrukcijskim čelicima. Less

Abstract (english)

In the theoretical part of this paper, the processes of physical vapour deposition (PVD) and chemical vapour deposition (CVD) are briefly described, and the process of plasma-assisted chemical vapour deposition (PACVD) is described in detail. Furthermore, certain standardized methods for characterizing PACVD coatings are described. More following characterization methods: GDOES (Glow Discharge Optical Emission Spectrometry) for determining the chemical composition of the coatings, Rockwell C indentation test according to VDI 3198 for assessing coating adhesion, and calotest for measuring coating thickness.
