Abstract

Ovaj rad se bavi karakterizacijom materijala pumpe za vodu te zatajenjem pumpe za vodu. Opisan je rad rashladnog sustava benzinskog motora i rad same pumpe.
Teorijski dio sadržava mehanizme i procese zatajenja pumpe te najčešće materijale od kojih su pumpe izrađene.
U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada analizirana je mikrostruktura, kemijski sastav i ispitivana je tvrdoća materijala kućišta pumpe rashladnog sustava.

Abstract (english)

This paper deals with the characterization of water pump materials and water pump failure. The operation of the cooling system of the gasoline engine and the operation of the pump itself are described.
The theoretical part contains mechanisms and processes of pump failure and the most common materials from which pumps are made.
In the experimental part of the work, the microstructure and chemical composition were analyzed, and the hardness of the cooling system pump housing material was tested.
