Abstract

Cilj ovoga rada usmjeren je na primjenu aditivnih tehnologija za izradu kalupnih umetaka pri injekcijskom prešanju. Tehnologija injekcijskog prešanja namijenjena je velikoserijskoj i masovnoj proizvodnji, a kalupi za takve serije imaju visoku cijenu. Pri razvoju novih proizvoda, testiranju i certificiranju potrebna je manja količina što aditivne tehnologije mogu pojednostaviti. Omogućuju preciznu i brzu izradu kalupnih umetaka, ali naravno važna je i cijena. U ovom radu korištene su različite tehnologije 3D ispisa i navedene su sve karakteristike i informacije. Svaki kalupni umetak bio je podvrgnut istim uvjetima tijekom ispitivanja, tj. injekcijskog prešanja. Prije injekcijskog prešanja umetci su skenirani, kako bi se usporedile dimenzije s obzirom na CAD model.

Abstract (english)

The main goal of this paper work is focused on the application of additive technologies for the production of mold inserts during injection molding. Injection molding technology is intended for large-scale and mass production. Molds for that kind of series have a high price. When developing new products, testing and certification, a smaller amount of mold inserts are needed, which additive technologies can simplify. They enable precise and fast production of mold inserts, but of course the price is also important. In this paper work, different 3D printing technologies are used and all the characteristics and information are listed. Each mold insert was subjected to the same conditions during testing, i.e. injection molding. Before injection molding, the inserts were scanned, in order to compare the dimensions with the CAD model.
