Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad je podijeljen na dva dijela, teorijski i eksperimentalni.
U teorijskom dijelu diplomskog rada, navedene su vrste ljevačkih postupaka te karakteristike
istih. Nadalje je obrađen aluminij te aluminijske legure, svojstva legura te je postavljen
naglasak na gravitacijsko lijevanje aluminijskih legura u trajne kalupe. Pošto se proizvode sve
kompleksniji strojni elementi, danas se postupci aditivne proizvodnje sve više koriste. U
diplomskom radu obrađene su tehnologije aditivne proizvodnje. U diplomskom radu je
obrađena proizvodnja AlSi10Mg dijelova uz pomoć tehnologije selektivnog laserskog
taljenja, SLM.
U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedeno je ispitivanje mikrostrukture i vlačnih svojstava
lijevanih uzoraka i 3D ispisanih uzoraka SLM postupkom koji su obrađeni nekim od
postupaka toplinske obrade.

Abstract (english)

This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and experimental.
In the theoretical part of the master thesis, the types of casting processes and their
characteristics are listed. Furthermore, aluminum and aluminum alloys properties of alloys
were discussed. Emphasis was placed on the gravity casting of aluminum alloys in permanent
molds. Since machine parts with more and more complex geometries are produced, additive
manufacturing processes are used more and more today. The thesis deals with the production
of AlSi10Mg parts with the help of selective laser melting (SLM) technology.
In the experimental part of the thesis, testing of the microstructure and tensile properties of
cast samples and SLM-printed and heat treated samples was carried out.
