Abstract

U ovom radu opisane su moderne tehnologije zavarivanja aluminijskih legura s posebnim
naglaskom na MIG postupak zavarivanja. Predložene su modificirane tehnologije s obzirom na
postojeće impulsno MIG zavarivanje te njihove prednosti i nedostaci. Opisana su zaostala
naprezanja koja se javljaju kao posljedica zavarivanja te je prikazan matematički model na
kojem su bazirana mjerenja zaostalih naprezanja korištenjem rendgenske difrakcije.
U eksperimentalnom djelu rada sučeljeno su zavarene aluminijske legure pete klase u jednom
prolazu te su naknadno provedena razorna i nerazorna ispitivanja. Od nerazornih ispitivanja
provedeno je ispitivanje penetrantima te rendgenska difrakcia za ispitivanja zaostalih
naprezanja dok su se razorna ispitivanja sastojala od makroanalize te mjerenja tvrdoće. U
komparativnoj analizi kvantificiran je utjecaj parametra na pad čvrstoće kao i aspekte
produktivnosti između konvencionalne i modificirane MIG tehnologije. Također je dana
ovisnost između tvrdoće i čvrstoće u području zavara. Na posljetku zaključene su prednosti i
nedostaci modificirane MIG tehnologije nad konvencionlnom.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, modern welding technologies of aluminum alloys are described, with special
emphasis on the MIG welding process. Advanced technologies are proposed with regard to
existing pulsed MIG technology. Residual stress that occur after welding are described, and a
model of how their measurements work is given..
In the experimental part of the paper, fifth grade aluminum alloys were butt-welded in one pass,
and subsequently destructive and non-destructive tests were carried out. In the comparative
analysis the influence of the parameter on the drop in hardness as well as aspects of productivity
between conventional and modified MIG technology was quantified
