Abstract

U okviru ovog rada izrađena je niskobudžetna tro-osna CNC glodalica čija je ideja preuzeta s javno dostupnih stranica. Nakon kratkog uvoda i općeg opisa tipova glodalica, prikazane su razne izvedbe funkcionalnih elemenata tro-osnih glodalica. Nosači funkcionalnih elemenata tro-osne glodalice u praktičnom radu izrađeni su 3D ispisom te iz tog razloga su opisani aditivni postupci. Potom je opisana izvedba izrađene tro-osne glodalice, gdje je prvo detaljno prikazan odabran mehanički sklop, a zatim je opisano upravljanje tro-osnom CNC glodalicom. Idejno konstrukcijsko rješenje izrađeno je u programskom paketu "Inventor" te je na kraju dana sva tehnička dokumentacija koja se nalazi u prilogu rada.

Abstract (english)

As part of the thesis, a low-budget three-axis milling machine was made, the idea of building one was taken from the "Open sources" source. After a brief introduction and description of low-budget three-axis milling machines, various designs of the functional elements of three-axis milling machines are presented. Since the supports of the functional elements of the made three-axis milling machine are 3D printed, the additive processes are briefly described. Furthermore, an embodiment of the fabricated three-axis milling machine is described, where first the selected mechanical assembly is shown in detail and then the detailed control of the numerical three-axis milling machine is shown. The conceptual design solution was created in the "Inventor" software package and all the technical documentation is attached.
