Abstract

U ovome radu prikazan je postupak eksperimentalnog mjerenja sila u ovjesu bolida Formule student. U uvodu je dan kratki opis studentskog projekta FSB Racing Team te međunarodne organizacije, Formula student, unutar koje se natječe. Cilj rada je odrediti opterećenje sustava ovjesa stoga je prikazan način rada ovjesa korištenog bolida i objašnjene su neke od karakterističnih veličina bitnih za analizu rezultata mjerenja. Za mjerenje korištena je metoda tenzometrije. U nastavku rada dana je teorijska pozadina same metode kao i praktična izvedba svih mjernih mjesta. Na kraju su provedene simulacije prema stvarnim dinamičkim testiranjima te su uspoređeni rezultati.

Abstract (english)

In this paper the measuring of the loads in the suspension system of the Formula Student racing car is shown. In the introduction, a brief description of the FSB Racing Team student project and the international organization, Formula Student, within which it competes, is given. The aim of this paper is to determine the loads in the suspension system, therefore the way the suspension system of this year’s car works is explained as well as some characteristic important for the analysis of the measurement results. Strain gauges were used for the measurement. In the next part of the paper, the theoretical background of the method itself is given, as well as the practical implementation of all measuring points. In the end, simulations were carried out following the example of real dynamic tests and the results were compared.
