Abstract
U teorijskom dijelu rada opisana su pravila natjecanja Formula student povezana s konstrukcijom i proizvodnjom šasije, dan je opis materijala koji se primjenjuju za izradu monocoque šasije, opisani su postupci izrade šasije te primjena umetaka u šasiji. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada opisan je cijeli proces izrade šasije i kalupa za šasiju, svi primijenjeni materijali te su navedeni prednosti i nedostaci primijenjenih postupaka i korištenih materijala.
Abstract (english)
The theoretical part of the paper describes the rules of the Formla student competition related to the construction and production of the chassis, gives a description of the materials used to make a monocoque chassis, describes the procedures for making a chassis and the use of inserts in the chassis. The experimental part of the paper describes the whole process of making the chassis and mold for the chassis, all applied materials and list of advantages and disadvantages of applied manufacturing processes and used materials.
