Abstract

U ovom radu prikazan je razvoj sigurnosnog robotskog sustava za kretanje po vertikalnim
betonskim stupovima. Glavna zadaća razvijenog robotskog sustava je osiguravanje drugih
robota pri radu na betonskim stupovima. Sustav posjeduje unikatne kotače razvijene
isključivo za uspon po kvadratnim stupovima. Razvijen je sustav za praćenje osiguranih
robota, detekciju pada i spašavanje. Korišteni su laki materijali otporni na vremenske uvjete.
Ostvarena je autonomnost od sat vremena kretnje te više sati prilikom stacioniranja na
zadanoj poziciji. Razvijeni sustav posjeduje multiplicirane elemente koji povećavaju razinu
redundantnosti i smanjuje broj kritičnih dijelova.

Abstract (english)

This paper presents the development of a safety robot system for moving along vertical
concrete columns. The main task of the developed robotic system is to secure other robots
when working on concrete columns. The system has unique wheels developed exclusively for
climbing square columns. A system was developed for monitoring secured robots, fall
detection and rescue. Light materials resistant to weather conditions were used. Autonomy of
an hour of movement and several hours when stationed at a given position was achieved. The
developed system has multiple elements that increase the level of redundancy and reduce the
number of critical parts.
