Abstract

Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je prikazati mogućnosti mjerenja pravocrtnosti pomoću segmentirane fotodiode te ih usporediti sa standardnom metodom mjerenja pravocrtnosti.
U prvom dijelu rada opisana je teorija o mjeriteljstvu, odstupanju od pravocrtnosti te je opisana korištena fotodioda Thorlabs PDQ80A.
U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada predložen je plan mjerenja te su prikazani rezultati izvedenih mjerenja i uspoređeni sa standardnom metodom.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this master thesis is to show the possibilities of measuring straightness using a segmented photodiode and to compare them with the standard method of straightness measurement.
The first part of this thesis describes the theory of metrology, deviation from straightness and describes the used photodiode Thorlabs PDQ80A.
In the experimental part of the thesis, a measurement plan is proposed and the results of the performed measurements are presented and compared with the standard method.
