Abstract

Ovaj završni rad prikazuje proces koncipiranja i konstruiranja ručnog stroja za branje maslina. Prvo je napravljena analiza korisničkih potreba i stanja na tržištu, nakon čega je kreirana tehnička specifikacija pomoću kuće kvalitete. Zatim su napravljene funkcijska dekompozicija i morfološka matrica na čijoj osnovi su kreirani koncepti. Konačno je odabran najbolji koncept koji je dalje razrađen na način da su odabrane kupovne komponente te konstruirane i proračunate one koje se neće kupovati. Konačni proizvod je pogonjen elektromotorom snage 113 W te se od njega može očekivati 40 kg ubranog ploda po satu. 3D CAD model i tehnička dokumentacija su izrađeni u računalnom programu Solidworks 2020.

Abstract (english)

This thesis presents the process of designing a handheld olive harvesting machine. It consists of firstly recognizing user needs and market conditions. Secondly, creating technical specifications of the device using the quality function deployment method. Then, generating concepts using functional decomposition and morphological matrix. After choosing the best concept, it was further elaborated by choosing the components that will be bought and designing those which will not. The resulting product is powered by a 113 W electric motor and is capable of harvesting 40 kg of olive fruit in one hour. 3D CAD model and technical documentation were created in Solidworks 2020 software.
