Abstract

Razvojem CAD modeliranja i potrebom za izradom izravnih brzih prototipova proizvoda, kako bi se bolje definirali procesi proizvodnje, a i definirali promjene u konstrukciji proizvoda, nastao je izraz brze izrade prototipova eng. Rapid Prototyping. Aditivna proizvodnja se sastoji od dodavanja materijala najčešće sloj-po-sloj, te time slažući odgovarajući trodimenzionalni proizvod.
Sama osnova aditivne tehnologije je slaganje slojeva materijala koji su generirani iz presjeka CAD modela proizvoda. Sve razlike u načinima izrade utječu na konačna svojstva proizvoda, kao što su potreba za naknadnom mehaničkom obradom, dimenzijska točnost, brzina izrade itd.
Primjena AP sve je šira te se njeno područje primjene tijekom vremena povećava s obzirom na aktivni razvoj samog procesa. U početku AP je korišten za izradu modela prilikom samog konstruiranja u svrhu vizualizacije proizvoda u stvarnom okruženju, a samim daljnjim razvojem tehnologije omogućena je primjena proizvoda AP u okruženjima gdje je potrebna dimenzijska točnost, zahtjevnija mehanička svojstva itd.
Značajnim razvojem AP-a posljednjih godina, usklađenim s ostalim tehnologijama proizvodnje, moguće je osjetno skratiti proces razvoja proizvoda i samim time uštedjeti na vremenu i troškovima razvoja. Neke od tih tehnologija su dovoljno razvijene i za proizvodnju krajnjih proizvoda.
Potrebom za naknadnu obradnu nakon proizvodnje pa i potrebom za modificiranjem mehaničkih svojstava, javlja se toplinska obrada 3D ispisanih proizvoda. Sama toplinska obrada polimera mora biti dobro optimirana. Ona može biti provedena na: vrućem zraku, u soli, pijesku, itd.

Abstract (english)

With the development of CAD modeling and the need to create direct rapid prototypes of
products, in order to better define production processes and to define changes in product design,
the term rapid prototyping was created. Additive production consists of adding materials,
usually layer-by-layer, and thus stacking the appropriate three-dimensional product.
The very basis of additive technology is the stacking of layers of materials generated from the
cross-section of the CAD product model. All differences in manufacturing methods affect the
final properties of the product, such as the need for subsequent machining, dimensional
accuracy, manufacturing speed, etc. The application of AP is becoming widespread and its area
of application increases over time due to the active development of the process itself. Initially,
AP was used to create models during the design for the purpose of product visualization in a
real environment, and further development of the technology enabled the application of AP
products in environments where dimensional accuracy and more demanding mechanical
properties are required. With the significant development of AP in recent years, in line with
other production technologies, it is possible to significantly shorten the product development
process and thus save time and development costs. Some of these technologies are developed
enough for the production of end products.
Heat treatment of 3D printed products is created by the need for post-processing after
production as well as the need to modify the mechanical properties. The heat treatment of the
polymer itself must be well optimized. It can be carried out on: hot air, in salt, sand, etc.
