Abstract

U ovome završnom radu analizirana je problematika zavarljivosti dupleks nehrđajućih čelika, te utjecaj parametara zavarivanja na mikrostrukturu zavarenog spoja.
U teorijskom dijelu rada prikazan je detaljan opis dupleks čelika, prikazana je sistematika dupleks čelika, te njihova primjena u brodogradnji. Opisane su štetne pojave koje nastaju prilikom zavarivanja dupleks čelika i na koji način ih eliminirati. Dan je pregled raspoloživih postupaka zavarivanja dupleks čelika, te je detaljnije prikazan MIG/MAG postupak zavarivanja. Prikazani su mogući dodatni materijali i zaštitni plinovi za zavarivanje dupleks čelika.
U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedeno je navarivanje uzoraka od dupleks čelika 2205, gdje su korištene dvije vrste dodatnog materijala i dvije vrste zaštitnog plina. Potom su izrađeni uzorci na kojima je provedena mikrostrukturna i makrostrukturna analiza.

Abstract (english)

In this final thesis it is analyzed the problem od duplex stainless steels weldability and how are welding parameters affecting on microstructure of welded joint.
In theoretical part duplex stainless steels are explained in details, systematics of duplex steels is shown and their application in naval arhitecture. Bad phases which are occurring during welding of duplex steels are shown and how to eliminate them. It is given an overview of available welding procedures for duplex steel welding, while MIG/MAG welding procedure is explained in more details. Different types of filler metals and shielding gases that can be used for welding of duplex steels are shown.
In experimental part of thesis duplex steel 2205 samples are welded, while using two types of filler metal and two types of shielding gas. After that samples were made, on which were conducted microstructural and macrostructural analysis.
