Abstract

U radu je analiziran utjecaj opterećenja na tvrdoću kompozita AlSi7Mg ojačanog česticama lebdećeg pepela. Kompozit je dobiven compocasting postupkom i naknadno podvrgnut kutnom kanalnom prešanju u nekoliko prolaza. Analiziran je i utjecaj provlačenja na tvrdoću kompozita (HV0,02, HV0,05, HV0,1 i HV0,2). Dobiveni rezultati analizirani su Meyerovim zakonom koji opisuje utjecaj opterećenja na dobivene vrijednosti tvrdoće.
Dobiveni rezultati ukazuju da broj provlačenja pri kutnom kanalnom prešanju intenzivno utječe na tvrdoću kompozita. Što je veći broj provlačenja veća je i tvrdoća materijala kod svih primijenjenih opterećenja. Najveći prirast tvrdoće zabilježen je nakon prvog provlačenja.
Primijenjeno opterećenje pri mjerenju tvrdoće utječe na vrijednosti tvrdoće. Regresijskom analizom potvrđeno je da se Meyerov model može primijeniti za analizu utjecaja opterećenja na tvrdoću ispitivanog kompozita.

Abstract (english)

The paper analyzes the indentation size effect of AlSi7Mg composite reinforced with fly ash particles. The composite was obtained by the compocasting process and subsequently subjected to equal-channel angular pressing in several extrusions. The influence of extrusions on the hardness of composites (HV0,02, HV0,05, HV0,1 and HV0,2) was also analyzed. The obtained results were analyzed by Meyer's law which describes the influence of load on the obtained hardness values.
The obtained results indicate that the number of extrusions during equal-channel angular pressing intensively affects the hardness of the composite. The higher the number of extrusions, the higher the hardness of the material at all applied loads. The highest increase in hardness was recorded after the first extrusion.
The applied load when measuring the hardness affects the hardness values. Regression analysis confirmed that the Meyer model can be applied to analyze the influence of load on the hardness of the tested composite.
