Abstract

Ovaj rad objedinjuje sve neophodno za razumijevanje postupaka proizvodnje gumenih
tvorevina. Dan je uvid u najvažnije vrste gumenih materijala, njihovih svojstva i aditiva koji
se dodaju prilikom umreživanja i vulkanizacije. Opisani su postupci miješanja i
praoblikovanja kaučukovih smjesa, a sve u svrhu lakšeg razumijevanja naprednijih postupaka
prerade. Također, opisane su mogućnosti recikliranja gotove gumene tvorevine. U
eksperimentalnom djelu rada opisuje se modeliranje gumene tvorevine te konstrukcija i izrada
kalupa za njeno izravno prešanje. Opisuje se proces izrade gumene tvorevine vulkanizacijom.
Naposljetku je dan osvrt na greške i moguća poboljšanja.

Abstract (english)

This paper brings together everything necessary for understanding the production processes of
rubber products. An insight is given into the most important types of rubber materials, their
properties and additives that are added during crosslinking and vulcanization. The processes
of mixing and preforming of rubber mixtures are described, all for the purpose of easier
understanding of more advanced processing methods. Furthermore, recycling possibilities of
the finished rubber product are described. The experimental part of the paper describes the
design of a rubber formation and the design and manufacturing of a mould for its compression
moulding. The process of making a rubber formation by vulcanization is described. Finally, a
review of failures and possible improvements is given.
