Abstract

Razvoj gospodarskih vozila slijedi trendove globalne automobilističke industrije te dijeli iste ciljeve poput smanjenja mase vozila odnosno poboljšanja učinkovitosti i smanjenja štetnih sastojaka emisije dimih plinova. Primjenom kompozitnih materijala inženjeri nastoje odgovoriti na te izazove što ima za posljedicu širi i značajniji razvoj kompozitnih tvorevina.

U radu je ponuđeno konceptualno rješenje podnice niskopodnog električnog autobusa kao izvrsnog primjera spoja globalnih trendova elektrifikacije javnog prijevoza i primjene kompozitnih materijala u strukturi vozila. Element podnice razmatran je u nekoliko kombinacija izrade kompozitnog materijala svojstvenih za gospodarska vozila.
U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada izrađeno je tri varijante elemetna podnice koji su ispitivani optičkim mjernim sustavom. Provedena su ispitivanja savojnih svojstava, žilavosti rasteznih svojstava sa ispitnim tijelima od materijala elementa podnice. Na temelju rezultata ispitvanja izvedeni su zaključci o prikladnosti materijala za element podnice. Less

Development of commercial vehicles follows global trends in the automobile industry and shares the same goals of mass reduction, increasing vehicle efficiency and reducing harmful emission. Implementation of the composite materials is the way engineer’s try to achieve theese goals which leads to significant research and development of the composite materials
This thesis offers an overview of the composite materials applied in contemporary commerical vehicles and processes which are... More commonly used in composite production. A concept solution for the floor platform in form of a structural member is presented.
Experimental part of this thesis is focused on the production of three composite type profiles used as a structural member of the platform.
