Abstract

U ovom radu se osmislila proizvodna linija s tehnologijom površinskog montiranja
(SMT) te su se obradile greške koje se mogu javiti prilikom rada iste. S obzirom na najčešće greške koje se javljaju u praksi, u osmišljenu SMT proizvodnu liniju nadodao se sustav automatske optičke inspekcije (AOI). Međutim, dodatak novog sustava u već postojeću proizvodnu liniju nije jednostavan pothvat. Iz tog razloga se razvio i implementirao algoritam, na bazi konvolucijskih neuronskih mreža (CNN), koji prepoznaje specifičnu grešku.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, a production line with surface mounting technology (SMT) was designed and the errors that may occur during its operation were analyzed. Given the most common errors that occur in practice, an automatic optical inspection system (AOI) was added to the designed SMT production line. However, adding a new system to an existing production line is not an easy undertaking. For this reason, an algorithm based on convolutional neural networks (CNN), which recognizes a specific error, has been developed and implemented.
