Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad prati dio procesa razvoja električki pogonjenog vozila za osobnu upotrebu koje mora omogućiti kretanje sobama mase 100 kg u unutarnjim prostorima bez potrebe za aktivnim održavanjem ravnoteže. Željena maksimalna brzina vozila je 10 km/h, a željena maksimalna masa 10 kg te je potrebno osmisliti način upravljanja vozilom.
U razvoj navedenog vozila krenulo se definiranjem problema, uočavanjem zahtjeva koje vozilo mora ispuniti te izborom značajki koje čine krajnje vozilo. Razvoj je nastavljen izborom električnog motora koji će pogoniti vozilo, razvojem konstrukcije vozila te izborom ostalih komponenti potrebnih za upravljanje električnim motorom. Na kraju rada dani su rezultati nastali razvojem te je izračunata ukupna masa i okvirna cijena izrade predloženog vozila.

Abstract (english)

This master’s thesis follows part of the development process of an electrically powered vehicle for personal use that must allow the movement of persons weighing 100 kg in indoor environment without the need for active balance control. The desired maximum vehicle speed is 10 km/h, and the desired maximum weight is 10 kg. It is also necessary to design a way to control the vehicle.
The development of this vehicle was started by defining the problem, noticing the requirements that the vehicle must meet and choosing the features that make up the final vehicle. The development was continued with the selection of the electric motor that will drive the vehicle, development of the vehicle construction and selection of other components needed for motor control. At the end of the paper, development results are given, and the total weight and approximate price of the proposed vehicle are calculated.
