Abstract

U ovom radu je opisano trošenje tvrdih prevlaka na visokolegiranim alatnim čelicima za hladan rad K110 i K390 MC. Plazmatski potpomognutim kemijskim prevlačenjem iz parne faze (PACVD) proizvedene su tvrde prevlake TiN/TiCN i TiN/TiBN. Ispitivanje na erozijsko trošenje provedeno je određivanjem gubitka mase nakon 15 i 30 min trošenja u mlazu suhog pijeska pri upadnom kutu od 45°. Naknadno je određena debljina prevlaka kalotestom, te ispitana adhezivnost prevlaka Rockwellovom metodom utiskivanja indentora. Trošene površine su analizirane svjetlosnom mikroskopijom. Ispitivanja su pokazala bolju erozijsku otpornost kod prevučenih uzoraka u odnosu na nitrirane uzorke s utjecajem adhezivnosti i debljine prevlake na rezultate ispitivanja.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, erosive wear of hard coatings, deposited on the high-alloyed tool steels for cold work K110 and K390 MC is described. Plasma-assisted chemical vapour deposition (PACVD) was used to produce hard coatings od TiN/TiCN and TiN/TiBN. Erosion resistance tests were carried out by determinig the mass loss after 15 and 30 min of wear in the dry sand stream for an angle of incidence 45°. The tickness of coatings is detemined by ball indention test, and the adhesion of the coatings is tested by Rockwell indention test. Worn surfaces were analysed by light microscope. Tests showed higher erossion resistance of the coated samples in relation to nitride samples, with influence od adhesion and coating thickness on the test results.
