Abstract

U okviru ovog rada opisana je organizacija, provedba i analiza međulaboratorijske usporedbe u kojoj su sudjelovala tri akreditirana umjerna laboratorija za tlak u području mjerenja tlaka okoline: Laboratorij za procesna mjerenja (LPM), umjerni laboratorij Državnog hidrometeorološkog zavoda te BMB laboratorij. Umjeravanje je provedeno u području od 500 do 1100 hPa, a kao umjeravani uređaj korišten je digitalni, kapacitivni barometar Vaisala, PTB330. Kako bi se detaljno mogao pojasniti spomenuti postupak, uvodno je opisano samo mjerenje, tj. mjeriteljstvo kao znanstvena disciplina, a dan je i pregled osnovnih metoda mjerenja barometarskog tlaka, kao i postupaka umjeravanja barometara. Detaljno su opisane osnovne norme i upute za provedbu međulaboratorijskih usporedbi, od kojih su, za nas najznačajnije, one EURAMET-a i DKD-a. Glavni cilj cijelog rada bio je odrediti vrijednosti faktora slaganja En temeljem kojeg vršimo procjenu kvalitete međulaboratorijske usporedbe.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes organization, execution and analysis of an interlaboratory comparison in which three accredited calibration laboratories for pressure in the field of ambient pressure measurement took place: Laboratory for process measurements (LPM), calibration laboratory of the Croatian Meteorological and Hydrological Service and BMB laboratory. Calibration was performed in the range of 500 to 1100 hPa and a digital, capacitive barometer Viasala, PTB330 was used as a calibration device. In order to explain the mentioned procedure in detail, in the introduction measurement itself, ie metrology as a scientific discpline is described, and also an overview of basic methods of barometric pressure measurement, as well as an overview of barometer calibration methods is given. The basic norms and instructions for the implementation of interlaboratory comparisons are described in detail, of which the most important for us are those of EURAMET and DKD. The main purpose of the whole paper was to determine values of agreement factor (En), which is used to evaluate the quality of interlaboratoy comparison.
