Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu opisano je konstruiranje naprave za mjerenje pomaka čeljusti uslijed opterećenja tlakom tekućine kočnica i momentom. Nakon toga će biti napravljeno mjerenje pomaka u 6 točaka na čeljustima prednjih i stražnjih kočnica. U idućem koraku napravljena je FEM analiza prethodno korištenih čeljusti s rubnim uvjetim i opterećenja jednakim kao prilikom eksperimenta te su podaci dobiveni FEM analizom i mjerenjem uspoređeni. Nadalje, detaljno je prikazana konstrukcijska razrada novih čeljusti prednjih i stražnjih kočnica koje se konstruiraju s ciljem povećanja krutosti i smanjenja mase. Naposljetku je napravljena FEM analiza novih čeljusti koristeći jednake rubne uvjete i opterećenja kao i kod FEM analize prethodnih čeljusti. Nakon toga je napravljena usporedba FEM analiza prethodno korištenih čeljusti i novih čeljusti.

Abstract (english)

In this Master thesis design of displacement measuring test rig is shown. Displacement of a brake calipers due to a load from a brake fluid pressure and torque will is measured in 6 points on a currently used front and rear brake calipers. In the next step, FEM analysis of a previously used brake calipers is made with the same boundary conditions and loads as they were during the experiment and after that, data from FEM analysis and experiment is compared. Further, detailed design of a new brake calipers is shown with the main goal of making new brake calipers stiffer and lighter. Lastly, FEM analysis of a new front and rear brake calipers is made using same boundary conditions and loads. After that, comparison between previously used brake calipers and newly developed brake calipers is made.
