Abstract

Za multifunkcionalno niskopodno modularno vozilo postavljen je koncept vozila, a cilj ovog diplomskog rada je konstrukcijska razrada prednjeg upravljačkog modula. U radu su navedene sve bitnije komponente koje trebaju biti smještene u upravljačkom modulu. Dan je kratki opis pojedinih dijelova, nekoliko proizvođača, kratki pregled njihove povijesti, te prikazan dio njihovog asortimana. Kako su cijena i masa (cilj je imati što lakši upravljački modul) glavni kriteriji pri odabiru pojedinih komponenti (ukoliko zadovoljavaju tehničke zahtjeve), napravljen je tablični prikaz komponentni koji sadrži masu i cijenu (te još neke druge manje bitne karakteristike). Također su navedeni zahtjevi koje valja razmotriti prilikom odabira nekih sklopova. Pri odabiru raznih komponenti, najveća pažnja je dana radnom mjestu vozača odnosno razmještaju instrumenata, obliku i vrsti sjedala ( sjedalu je posvećeno najviše kriterija za odabir). Velika pažnja posvećena je upravo instrument tabli i sjedalu kako bi se vozač čim manje umarao. Odnosno kako bi se lakše koncentrirao na vožnju te kako mu ne bi traženje pojedinih instrumenata oduzimalo pažnju. Također su umetnute i idejne skice vozačkog prostora te je napravljen sklopni crtež upravljačkog modula s bitnijim komponentama.
U radu je također napravljen kratki proračun potrebne snage elektromotora kako bi se ustanovilo može li se umjesto klasičnog pogona koristiti pogon s elektromotorom unutar kotača. Prikazana i opisana jedna „start up“ tvrtka s zanimljivim konceptima na temu elektromotora unutar kotača.

Abstract (english)

A concept was set for a multifunctional, low lift, modular vehicle, and the goal of this graduation thesis is a design elaboration of the front control module. In this thesis, all the important components that must be inside the module have been listed. A short description of some parts, their manufacturers, a short insight in their history and their product range has been given. Because the price and the mass (the goal is to have the control module as light as possible) are the main criteria, a table view of the components, with price and mass (among other characteristics) has been made. Some other criteria, that should be considered when choosing some of the components, have been listed. When choosing amongst a variety of components, the biggest attention has been given to the driver’s workplace, in other words to the layout of the instruments and the type of the driver’s seat (the seat has the most criteria that needs to be considered). A great amount of attention has been put towards the instrument cluster and the seat so the driver will not get worn down easily. In other words, so that he can stay concentrated on driving instead of searching for some instruments. Additionally, some sketches of the driver’s workplace layout, and a drawing of the control module with the most important components has been made.
In this paper a cursory calculation of the needed power of the electric motor has been made to determine if instead of the classic electric drive, a wheel hub motor can be used. An introduction and overview of a small startup company, which has some interesting concepts on wheel hub motor designs, has also been made.
