Abstract

Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je konstrukcija i proračun mosnog granika za podizanje i rotaciju betonskih cijevi na temelju zadanih projektnih parametara. Cijevi se utovaruju na teretna vozila s otvorenim teretnim prostorom. Prvi dio ovog rada prikazuje opću podjelu granika i detaljniji opis mosnih granika. U drugom dijelu provedena je analiza tržišta za slične projektne parametre te su u trećem dijelu generirani koncepti iz kojih je odabrano konačno konstrukcijsko rješenje zasnovano na težinskim faktorima koji su dodijeljeni pojedinim kriterijima. Proveden je detaljni proračun mehanizma za dizanje, mehanizama za vožnju vitla i mosta, mehanizma za rotaciju i nosive konstrukcije. Tijekom konstruiranja korišteno je mnogo standardiziranih proizvoda i poluproizvoda kako bi rješenje bilo prihvatljivo s ekonomskog aspekta. Na temelju provedenog proračuna, izrađen je 3D model s potrebnim crtežima i detaljima koji zorno prikazuju konačni proizvod. Pri projektiranju su korišteni svi važeći tehnički propisi za sigurnost transportnih uređaja.

Abstract (english)

The main task of this thesis is the design and calculation of an overhead bridge crane for lifting and rotation of concrete pipes based on given project parameters. Concrete pipes are loaded on trucks with open cargo space. The first part of this thesis presents a general division of cranes and a detailed description of overhead bridge cranes. In the second part, market analysis has been made for similar project parameters and in the third part, concepts are generated from which the final design solution has been chosen, based on weight factors that are assigned to individual criteria. A detailed calculation of lifting mechanism, winch and bridge driving mechanisms, rotation mechanism and load-bearing structure was performed. During the design phase, many standardized products and semi-finished products were used to make the solution viable from an economic aspect. Based on the performed calculation, a 3D model was made with the necessary drawings and details that clearly show the final product. All applicable technical regulations for the safety of transport devices were used in the design.
