Abstract

Posljednjih je godina tehnologija dizalica topline doživjele veliki napredak. U vrijeme sve veće potrošnje električne energije i zagađenja okoliša visoka učinkovitost i ekološka prihvatljivost postavila je dizalice topline visoko na listi prioriteta lokalnih, ali i regionalnih energetskih strategija. Veliki značaj u daljnjem razvoju ima regulacija rada kompresora, što je ujedno i razlog istraživanja utjecaja naprednih sustava regulacije na učinkovitost procesa u ovome radu. Provedeno je eksperimentalno ispitivanje radnih parametara geotermalne dizalice topline s bušotinskim izmjenjivačem topline u režimu grijanja. Prvi dio mjerenja proveden je za postojeće stanje s najjednostavnijom ,,on/off“ regulacijom. Izmjereni rezultati su obrađeni i analizirani, a posebna je pažnja dana utjecaju temperaturnih histereza na učinkovitost sustava. Zatim je ugrađen frekvencijski pretvarač te su mjerenja ponovljena. Dobiveni rezultati s naprednom, frekvencijskom, regulacijom uspoređeni su s ,,on/off“ sustavom. Proveden je i kvazistacionarni proračun kojim su uspoređeni navedeni načini regulacije kroz cijelu sezonu grijanja.

Abstract (english)

The heat pump technology progressed strongly over the past years. In a time of peaking levels
of electricity consumption and pollution, high efficiency and sustainability made heat pumps a
top priority of local as well as regional energy strategies. The key of further development is in
a compressor control, which is why this thesis researches the impact of advanced control
systems on process efficiency.
In this sense, an experimental examination of the working parameters for ground source heat
pump with vertical, borehole, heat exchanger has been conducted in heating season. The first
part of the measurements has been conducted for the existing setup with a simple “on/off”
control. The data has been processed and analyzed, and special attention was given to the impact
of temperature hysteresis on system efficiency, after which a frequency converter has been
embedded and the measurements were repeated. The results of the two tests have been
compared, and a quasisteady calculation has also been conducted in order to compare advanced
control system with the base case throughout the whole heating season.
