Abstract

Tijekom posljednja dva desetljeća došlo je do velikih promjena u dentalnoj industriji, uslijed uvođenja CAD/CAM procesa. Kao jedna od ključnih tehnologija, tijekom digitalne transformacije nametnuli su se 3D skeneri. Njihovom implementacijom omogućeno je skeniranje jedinstvenih čeljusti pacijenata, u svrhu kreiranja prilagođenih protetskih nadomjestaka.
U ovom radu opisana je implementacija CAD/CAM procesa u dentalnoj industriji uz poseban fokus na dentalne skenere. Prikazan je pregled provedenih eksperimentalnih istraživanja točnosti skenera za dentalnu upotrebu te je kreirana metodologija za eksperimentalni dio rada. U eksperimentalnom dijelu detaljno je opisan način provedbe eksperimenta. Prikazano je oblikovanje modela za skeniranje, odabir materijala modela i izrada modela. Dane su informacije o referentnom skeneru i skenerima za usporedbu te je detaljno opisan proces 3D skeniranja na ekstraoralnim skenerima i intraoralnom skeneru. Tijekom skeniranja intraoralnim skenerom dolazilo je do učestalih prekida i nisu dobiveni reprezentativni skenovi za usporedbu s referentnim skenom. Skenovi dobiveni ekstraoralnim skenerima uspoređeni su s referentnim skenom u računalnom alatu za kontrolu kvalitete. Izneseni su rezultati istraživanja prema kojima je skener UP300 pokazao najbolju točnost. Naposljetku je provedena diskusija i donesen zaključak istraživanja.

Abstract (english)

Over the last two decades, there have been major changes in the dental industry, due to the introduction of the CAD/CAM systems. As one of the key technologies, 3D scanners have emerged during the digital transformation. Their implementation enables the scanning of patients' unique jaws, to create custom prosthetic replacements.
This paper describes the implementation of CAD/CAM systems in the dental industry with a special focus on dental scanners. An overview of the conducted experimental research on the accuracy of scanners for dental use is presented, and a methodology for the experimental part of the work has been created. In the experimental part, the method of experimenting is described in detail. Modeling of model for scanning, selection of model materials and model making are shown. Information on the reference scanner and comparison scanners are given and the 3D scanning process on the extraoral scanners and the intraoral scanner is described in detail. Frequent interruptions occurred during the intraoral scanner scan and no representative scans were obtained for comparison with the reference scan. Scans obtained by extraoral scanners were compared with a reference scan in a software for quality control. According to results the UP300 scanner showed the best accuracy. Finally, a discussion was held and the conclusion of the research was reached.
