Abstract
U ovom radu detaljno su analizirane osnovne norme koje specificiraju kriterije za proizvodni pogon, tehnologiju zavarivanja i zavarivače. U prvom dijelu rada prikazan je sadržaj proizvodnih normi koje se odnose na zavarivanje uz dokumentaciju koju je potrebno formirati. Objašnjen je način klasičnog vođenja zavarivačke dokumentacije te izazovi koji se javljaju prilikom vođenja iste te je dan kratak osvrt na postojeća programska rješenja uz primjere primjene u realnoj industriji. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada osmišljen je sustav za vođenje zavarivačke dokumentacije u skladu s nizom normi HRN EN ISO 3834. Sustav je osmišljen u obliku pristupačne programske podrške u obliku relacijske baze podataka izrađene pomoću Microsoft Access-a za primjer čelične konstrukcije od čelika S355 prema zahtjevima HRN EN ISO 1090-2 za klasu izvedbe EXC3.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes in detail the basic standards that specify the criteria for the production plant, welding technology and welders. The first part of the paper presents the content of production standards related to welding with the documentation that needs to be formed. The method of classic management of welding documentation and the challenges that arise during its management are explained, and a brief overview of existing software solutions is given with examples of industry applications. In the experimental part of the paper, a system for keeping welding documentation in accordance with a set of standards HRN EN ISO 3834 was designed. The system is designed in the form of accessible software in the form of a relational database created using Microsoft Access for the example of a steel structure made of steel S355 according to the requirements of HRN EN ISO 1090-2 for execution class EXC3.
