Abstract
U ovom radu opisana je aluminijska bronca, njezina svojstva i primjena u industriji. Izdan je pregled primjenjivih postupaka zavarivanja kao i dodatnih materijala na tržištu. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada, provedeno je zavarivanje odljevaka aluminijske bronce MIG postupkom u svrhu određivanja optimalnih parametara zavarivanja i ocjene zavarljivosti ovog materijala. Opisana je oprema korištena u eksperimentu, osnovni i dodatni materijali te parametri i procedura zavarivanja.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes aluminum bronze - properties and applications in the industry. An overview of applicable welding procedures as well as welding consumables on the market is given below. In the experimental part of this paper it has been welded castings of aluminum bronze by the MIG welding process in order to find optimal welding parameters and investigate weldability of this material. Experimental part contains equipment used in work, description of materials, parameters and welding techniques.
