Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je proračun i konstrukcija portalnog granika s jednostranim dohvatom, srednje nosivosti. Zbog konfiguracije tla i smještaja drugih dijelova unutar postrojenja, potrebni dohvat zahvatnog sredstva duž glavne horizontalne osi pomaknut je u odnosu na raspon vozne staze. Zadatkom je zadana nosivost vitla 10 t, koje se giba po glavnom nosaču, duljine 18 m, dok je visina dizanja 12 m.
Na samom početku rada ponuđeno je nekoliko koncepata, nakon čega je izabran odgovarajući koncept koji je se u ostalom dijelu rada konstrukcijski proračunava. Na samom kraju rada nalazi se tehnička dokumentacija sklopa.

Abstract (english)

The topic of this thesis is the calculation and construction of the portal crane with single sided outhreach. Due to the configuration of the ground and the location of other parts within the plant, the required reach of the gripper along the main horizontal axis has been shifted in relation to the range of the track. The task is to set the load capacity of the winch 10 t, which moves on the main carrier, 18 m in length, while the lifting height is 12 m. At the very beginning of the paper several concepts were offered, after which the corresponding concept was chosen, which was calculated in the rest of the paper. At the very end of the paper is the technical documentation of the assembly.
