Abstract

Napretkom medicine javlja se potreba za kirurškim implantatima. S obzirom na specifičnost
medicinskih implantata potrebno je da oni traju što duže, da su otporni na trošenje i da su
biokompatibilni. U ovom radu ispitane su razne mogućnosti modifikacije i prevlačenja površine
kao što su PACVD prevlaka, anodna oksidacija, toplinska oksidacija i nitriranie u plazmi.
Ispitana je hrapavost uzoraka, kut kvašenja, faktor trenja i otpornost na adhezijsko trošenje.
Preporuča se, ukoliko je moguće, koristiti kombinaciju postupaka modificiranja ili prevlačenja
kako bi se dobila najbolja svojstva površinskog sloja funkcionalnih dijelova implanatata.

Abstract (english)

By the advancement of medicine there is a need for a surgical implant. Given the specificity of
medical implants it is necessary for them to last as long as possible, to be wear resistant and to
be biocompatible. In this paper are tested various options of coating and surface modification
such as PACVD coating, anodic oxidation, thermal oxidation and plasma nitriding. Moreover,
there was tested surface roughness, wettability angel, friction coefficient and resistance to
adhesion wear. It is recommended to use, if it is possible combination of modification or coating
process to gain the best properties of the surface layer on functional parts of the implant.
