Abstract
Primjena 3D printera za metal u modernoj stomatologiji u konstantnom je porastu. U ovom radu ispitane su moguće implikacije i primjena različitih 3D printanih struktura za metalne pločice koje se koriste u pridržavanju trajnih proteza za čeljust pacijenta. U prvom dijelu rada opisan je izgled pločica, način izrade i moguće strukture koje će se u radu ispitati eksperimentalno. U drugom dijelu rada napravljen je analitički proračun naprezanja i progiba pločica, analiza metodom konačnih elemenata, zatim su nakon odabira optimalnih struktura izrađeni uzorci pločica izrađeni od krom-kobalt legure korištenjem 3D printanja metala. U zadnjem dijelu rada ispitana je savojna čvrstoća 3D printanih uzoraka.
Abstract (english)
Use of 3D metal printers in modern dentistry is on constant rise. This paper analyses possible implications and use of different 3D printed structures for metal bars which are used for holding permanent dentures connected to jaws of patient. First part of paper describes shape of bars, how are they made, and possible 3D structures which will be experimentally tested. Second part of paper consist of analytical and finite element analysis, then after optimal structures where chosen, they were printed on 3D metal printer using Cobalt-Chrome alloy. In the last part of paper we tested flexural strength of 3D printed metal parts
