Abstract

Ozljeda koljena jedna je od najčešćih povreda kod profesionalnih sportaša, ali i kod rekretivaca. Jedna od ozbiljnih ozljeda koje dosta često zahtijevaju operativni zahvat je ruptura prednjeg križnog ligamenta. Operativni postupak može se izvesti na više načina, a jedan od njih je korištenjem tetive jednog od mišića stražnje lože natkoljenice ozlijeđene osobe te njeno implantiranje na mjesto nativnog križnog ligamenta. Kako bi se dobila potrebna duljina i čvrstoća, zamjenska tetiva (tzv. presadak) presavija se jednom, dvaput ili četiri puta te učvršćuje na mjesto puknutog ligamenta.
U ovom radu napravljen je pregled postupaka operativnog liječenja puknutih prednjih križnih ligamenata s naglaskom na korištenje presadka tetiva mišića ozlijeđene osobe. U teorijskom dijelu prikazano je zašto je odabrano motanje kao sistem ojačavanja presadka. U eksperimentalnom dijelu analiziran je utjecaj motanja na vlačnu čvrstoću tetiva. Provedena su preliminarna ispitivanja na užadi i životinjskim tetivama korištenjem suvremene laboratorijske opreme, kidalica i optičkih mjernih sustava za 3D analizu deformacija. Ustanovljeno je postoji li razlika u vlačnoj čvrstoći tetiva koje su presavinute u odnosu na tetive koje su presavinute i motane pod definiranim kutom.

Abstract (english)

Knee injury is one of the most common injuries to the professional athletes, but also in recreational sport. One of the serious injuries that frequently requires surgery is the rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament. The operative procedure can be performed in several ways, one of which is taking one tendon of the hamstring of the injured person and implanting it to the site of the ruptured cruciate ligament. To obtain the required length and strength, the replacement tendon (called autograft) is folded once, twice or four times and fastened to the place of the broken ligament.
This paper presents an overview of the procedures for operative treatment of ruptured anterior cruciate ligament with an emphasis on the use of the muscle tendon of the injured person. The theoretical part shows why twisting was selected as a grafting system. In the experimental part, the influence of motility on the tensile strength of the tendon was analyzed. Preliminary tests on rope and animal tendons were conducted using modern laboratory equipment, testing machines and optical measurement systems for 3D deformation analysis. It is established whether there is a difference in the tensile strength of the tendons that are folded in relation to the tendons that are folded and twisted at a defined angle.
