Abstract

U diplomskom radu obrađena je tema aditivne proizvodnje žicom i električnim lukom (engl. Wire and Arch Additive Manufacturing – WAAM) aluminijskih legura. Rad se sastoji od teorijskog i eksperimentalnog dijela.

U teorijskom dijelu rada objašnjeni su osnovne aditivne proizvodnje te, temeljni princip postupka aditivne proizvodnje žicom i električnim lukom (WAAM). Teorijski je obrađena tema aluminija za primjenu u ovoj tehnologiji. Aluminijeve legure serije 5xxx detaljnije su obrađene iz razloga što su korištene u eksperimentalnom dijelu rada. Opisan je CMT postupak zavarivanja, njegove osnove, princip rada, a detaljno su obrađeni i primjeri primjene ovog postupka zavarivanja za aditivnu proizvodnju žicom i električnim lukom.

U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada određeni su optimalni parametri za aditivnu proizvodnju električnim lukom i žicom aluminijskih legura AlMg5 i AlMg4,5 Mn iz kojih su primjenom robotiziranog zavarivanja izrađena četiri uzorka. Po dva uzorka izrađeni su konvencionalnim MIG impulsnim postupkom, dok su još dva uzorka izrađena CMT postupkom zavarivanja. Na izrađenim uzorcima napravljena je makro i mikro analiza, te je izmjerena tvrdoća po Vikersu (HV10). Također, u radu je izvršeno 3D skeniranje izrađenih zidova (uzoraka) te su određeni parametri teksture površine. Izvršena je mehanička obrada glodanja sa jedne strane svakog od uzorka, dok je druga strana ostala u izvornom obliku. Ispitan je kemijski sastav na mehanički obrađenoj i ne obrađenoj strani uzorka te je na kraju izvršeno ispitivanje korozijske postojanosti izrađenih uzoraka u simuliranim morskim uvjetima koristeći slanu komoru.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, the topic of Wire and Arch Additive Manufacturing-WAAM aluminum alloys is discussd. The paper consists of a theoretical and experimental part.

Theoretical part explains the basic principles of Additive Manufacturing and the basic principle of Wire and Arch Additive Manufacturing (WAAM). Also the type of alluminium alloy used for WAAM is disscussed. Aluminum alloys of the 5xxx series are more elaborately processed because they are used in the experimental part of the work. The CMT welding process, its basis, the principle of operation, and the examples of the application of this welding procedure for Wire and Arch Additive Manufacturing are described.

In the experimental part of the work, optimal parameters for Wire and Arch Additive Manufacturing of aluminium alloys AlMg5 and AlMg4,5 Mn were obtained, from which four samples were made using robotized welding. Two samples were made by conventional MIG impulse, while two more samples were made by CMT welding process. Macro and micro analysis was performed on the samples, and the hardness was measured by Vickers hardness test (HV10). Also, 3D scanning of created walls (samples) has been performed and surface texture parameters were determined. Milling was performed on one side of each sample, while the other side remained in its original form. The chemical composition was examined on the mechanically processed and non-processed side of the sample, and at the end the corrosion stability test of the samples was simulated in sea conditions using the salt chamber for corrosion test.
