Abstract

Rad je podijeljen na dva dijela, teorijski i praktični dio.
U teorijskom dijelu su navedeni etaloni koji se koriste u penetrantskoj metodi ispitivanja, njihov način izrade, te su sistematizirani po značajkama penetrantskog sustava koje se utvrđuju i/ili procjenju pomoću tih etalona. U samom radu su navedeni čimbenici koji utječu na rezultate ispitivanja a podijeljeni su u dvije glave grupe, one koje možemo kontrolirati i one koje ne možemo kontrolirati.
U praktičnom dijelu je osmišljen plan po kojem su varirani utjecajni čimbenici i to isključivo oni koje možemo kontrolirati. Zaključno su dobiveni digitalni zapisi računalno obrađeni i prikazani u grafičkom obliku.

Abstract (english)

The task is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical part.
In the theoretical part is specified standards which are used in penetrant test methods, their method of preparation, and systematization the features of penetrant system that can identify and/or estimation using these standards. In the article is described factors that affect on the test results and divided into two head groups, those that we can control and those that can not control.
In the practical part is designed plan which vary with influencing factors, and only those that we can control. The final obtained digital records are computer analyzed and presented in graphical form.
