Abstract

Radiografska metoda jedna je od najzastupljenijih nerazornih metoda ispitivanja materijala prilikom održavanja zrakoplova, posebice kod ispitivanja integriteta krila. Ramenjača kao osnovni konstrukcijski element krila zahtijeva posebnu pažnju prilikom ispitivanja jer njezino otkazivanje može dovesti do katastrofalnih posljedica. Nasuprot konvencionalnoj metodi koja koristi film, kao alternativa nameće se računalna radiografija (eng. CR, Computed Radiography) koja umjesto filma koristi fosforne slikovne ploče. Njihova veća osjetljivost pri nižim energijama ionizirajućeg zračenja daje veliku prednost pri ispitivanju aluminijskih legura, te će se slijedom toga provesti ispitivanje odabranog uzorka ramenjače pomoću računalne radiografije, a dobivene rezultate prikazati i komentirati.

Abstract (english)

Radiographic method is one of the most commonly used nondestructive methods of material testing in the process of aircraft maintenance, especially when testing the wing integrity. Wing spar – as the fundamental construction element of the wing, requires special attention during testing because the failure of this element can lead to catastrophic effects. Computed radiography uses phosphoric imaging plates for testing, unlike traditional methods where a film is used. Higher sensitivity of the plates in the low level area of ionizing energy radiation gives them a substantial advantage in aluminium alloy testing. For that reason, we will use computed radiography for testing of a chosen wing spar sample. The results will be shown and commented.
