Abstract

Cilj ovoga rada je definirati proizvodnu ćeliju, te dati sažetak metoda i tehničkih rješenja za povećanje produktivnosti. Na primjeru iz prakse analizirati značajke proizvodne ćelije, te mogućnosti primjene određene metode ili tehničkog rješenja u svrhu povećanja produktivnosti. Teorijski dio rada opisuje proizvodnu ćeliju, njezine prednosti pred tradicionalnim sustavima proizvodnje, bitne značajke koje ulaze u njezino dizajniranje i važnost Lean alata koji se koriste kako bi se u njoj postigla bolja proizvodnost i fleksibilnost. Drugi, praktični, dio rada sastoji se od snimanja stanja trenutno postavljenih proizvodnih ćelija u tvrtki Feroimpex d.o.o., analize sustava koje koriste, opisanih prijedloga za razna poboljšanja unutar postojeće ćelije korištenjem Lean alata i ergonomije rada, analize raznih mogućih konfiguracija ljudi i strojeva, te odabir i argumentacija najbolje opcije u vidu sadašnjeg stanja unutar poduzeća.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this thesis is to define the production cell and provide a summary of methods and technical solutions to increase productivity. From a practice example, analyze the features of an existing production cell and the ability to apply a particular method or technical solution to increase its productivity. The theoretical part of the paper describes the production cell, its advantages over traditional production systems, the essential features that come into its design and the importance of Lean tools used to achieve better productivity and more flexibility. The second, practical part of the work, consists of recording the state of the currently placed production cells at Feroimpex d.o.o., analysis of the systems that are being used, the proposed suggestions for various improvements within the existing cell design using Lean tools and ergonomics, study of the various possible design configurations of people and machines, and argumentative choice for the best option in terms of the present state of the company.
