Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je projektiranje i konstrukcijska razrada pokretnih stepenica za robnu kuću, prema zadanim parametrima. Visina podizanja je 5 metara, dok je horizontalni razmak između ulaza i izlaza stepenica 15 metara. Širina gazišta mora biti takva da omogućuje prijenos po dvoje ljudi na jednoj stepenici. U prvom dijelu rada prikazan je položaj pokretnih stepenica unutar područja transportnih uređaja, zatim opće karakteristike pokretnih stepenica, nakon čega su opisane komponente i sklopovi pokretnih stepenica, uključujući sigurnosne uređaje. Zatim je izvršen proračun pokretnih stepenica i odabir pogonskog mehanizma, stepenica, lanca stepenica i ostalih važnih komponenti, uključujući nosivu konstrukciju čiji je proračun izvršen u programskom paketu Abaqus. Naposljetku je izrađen CAD model pokretnih stepenica i potrebna tehnička dokumentacija.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this graduate thesis is the design development of an escalator for a shopping mall, according to the given parameters. Lifting height is 5 meters, while the horizontal distance between the entrance and the exit of the escalator is 15 meters. Step width is such that it enables the transport of two people on one step.
In the first part of the thesis, the position of the escalator within the field of transport equipment is given, then the general characteristics of the escalator, after which the components and assemblies of the escalator, including safety devices, are described. Then the calculation of the escalator and the selection of the drive mechanism, steps, step chain and other important components is carried out, including the truss the calculation of which was carried out in the Abaqus software package. Finally, a CAD model of the escalator and the required technical drawings were created.
