Abstract

U završnom radu analizirano je poduzeće “Vulkanizer Bračun“. U okviru rada provedena je analiza cjelokupnog poduzeća pomoću SWOT analize i analizom Five Forces Model-5 Porterovih sila. Daljnja analiza usmjerena je na najučestaliji uslužni proces u samom poduzeću, zamjenu ljetnih i zimskih pneumatika u doba najveće potražnje za samom uslugom u prijelaznim razdobljima godine. Detaljno je analiziran proces redoslijeda obavljanja aktivnosti te su izmjerena vremena pojedinih faza na uzorku od 41 vozila. Analiziran je radni prostor, raspored strojeva i njihova organizacija te način skladištenja pneumatika u zasebnom skladištu. Radni proces trenutačnog stanja i predložene izmjene prikazane su pomoću mape toka vrijednosti. U radu su također predložena poboljšanja u organizaciji radnog prostora boljim rasporedom strojeva, povećanje skladišnog kapaciteta unaprjeđivanjem skladišnih regala i skraćenje vremena uslužnog procesa boljom organizacijom izvođenja aktivnosti.

Abstract (english)

An analysis of the service company "Vulkanizer Bračun" was carried out using SWOT analysis and analysis of Five Forces Model-5 Porter forces. Further analysis is focused on the most frequent service process in the company, seasonal replacement of tires, at the time of the greatest demand for the service, in the transitional periods of the year. The order of activity within the process was analysed in detail and the time of each phase was measured on a sample of 41 vehicles. The work space, the layout of the machines and their organization and the way of storage of the tires in a separate warehouse were also analysed. The working process of the current state and the proposed changes are shown in the flow chart of the material. The final work also proposes improvements in organizing the work space for a better layout of machines, increasing storage capacity by improving warehouse regimes and shortening the service process time by better activities organization.
