Abstract

S porastom broja različitih tržišno dostupnih polimera prikladnih za preradbu ekstrudiranjem, postoji potreba za razvojem odgovarajućeg ispitnog postava kojim bi se ti materijali mogli eksperimentalno prerađivati. U ovom radu izrađen je idejni projekt modernizacije uređaja za ekstrudiranje polimera. U uvodnom dijelu opisani su ekstruderi, njihov princip rada, te njihove glavne komponente. In the recent years, there has been a significant increase of different types of polymers on the market, which raised a need to develop an experimental polymer extrusion machine with which those materials could be tested. This thesis describes the retrofitting of polymer extrusion machine into testbed platform suitable for testing different types of polymers.
